EAST BOUND ON THE BQE/GOWANUS EXPRESSWAY:
Exit at the 38th Street exit. Make a right turn onto 4th Avenue and travel 5 blocks to 43rd Street. Make a right onto 43rd Street and travel down 1 block to 3rd avenue. This will leave you in front of the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Brooklyn.
WEST BOUND ON THE BQE/GOWANUS EXPRESSWAY:
Exit at the 39th Street exit. Make a sharp left turn onto 39th Street and travel 2 blocks to 4th Avenue. Make right turn onto 43rd Street and travel down 1 block to 3rd Avenue. This will leave you in front of the Ambulatory surgery Center of Brooklyn.
WEST BOUND ON THE PROSPECT EXPRESSWAY:
Exit at the 4th Avenue exit. Make a left turn onto 4th Avenue and travel straight to 43rd Street. Make a right turn onto 43rd Street and travel down 1 block to 3rd Avenue. This will leave you in front of the Ambulatory surgery Center of Brooklyn.

MANHATTAN ( via Brooklyn Bridge):
After crossing the bridge, continue straight ahead down Adams street
all the way to Atlantic Avenue. Turn left on Atlantic Avenue to 4th avenue.
Turn right on 4th Avenue and 43rd street and go down to 3rd avenue (you
will see the Center’s entrance on your right).
MANHATTAN ( via Manhattan Bridge):
After crossing the bridge, continue on Flatbush avenue to 4th avenue.
Proceed on 4th avenue to 43rd street. Make a right on 43rd street and
go down to 3rd avenue (you will see the Center’s entrance on your
right).
MANHATTAN ( via FDR or Westside Highway):
Take the FDR drive or the Westside Highway southbound. Take the Brooklyn
Battery Tunnel or the Brooklyn Bridge onto Route 278 West (BQE/Gowanus
Expressway) to 39th street exit. Make u-turn at light on 39th street.
Continue on 39th street to 4th avenue and make a right. continue to 43rd
street. On 43rd street make a right down to 3rd avenue (you will see
the Center’s entrance on your right)
Verrazano Narrow Bridge: Take the Gowanus (BQE) Route 278 to 3rd avenue exit. Take 3rd avenue all the way to 43rd street
Take BQE toward Brooklyn. Exit at 39th street. Turn left onto 2nd avenue. Turn left onto 40th street. Turn right onto 4th avenue. Turn right on 43rd street and go down to 3rd avenue (you will see the Center’s entrance on your right).
Merge onto BQE W/I-278 W via exit 4 toward Verrazano Bridge. Take the 39th street exit. Turn left on to 2nd avenue. Turn left on to 40th street. Turn right on 4th avenue to 43rd street. On 43rd street make a right and go down to 3rd avenue (you will see the Center’s entrance on your right).
“R” Train (Brooklyn Bound) Stay in the last car “R” Train (Manhattan Bound) Stay in the first car, to the 45th Street Station. When you exit the station you will be on 45th Street & 4th Avenue. Walk over to 43rd Street, turn left and walk down 1 block to 3rd Avenue. “N”, “D”, “M” Train to the 36th Street station in Brooklyn. When you exit the station you will be on 36th street & 4th Avenue. Walk over to 43rd street, turn right and walk down to 3rd Avenue.
You can transfer to the “R” train from the “A” and “C” trains at Jay Street/borough hall -Take F to 9th street then transfer to “R” train to 45th street station.
“B35” (Church Avenue Bus) and “B70” (8th Avenue
Bus) to the corner of 39th Street & 3rd Avenue. When you
exit the bus cross 39th Street and walk along 3rd Avenue to 43rd
Street. Make a left onto 43rd Street you will be at the entrance
of the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Brooklyn.
“B37” (3rd Avenue Bus towards Bay Ridge - Shore Road)
to the corner of 43rd Street and 3rd Avenue.
“B37” (3rd Avenue Bus towards Downtown Brooklyn – Sands
Street) to the corner of 42nd Street and 3rd Avenue.
